Just me in a tranquil, sleepy state.

Not really.

I look really concentrated.

Either or, I posed for my own camera while I sat in front of a window by the couch in my room.

Let me be romantic about this: I wish I could be in the said state for most of the hours of the day. I really do. I wish I had the patience to be at peace with my body, and this photo reflects for me this wish, desire. As I see it, it's a mirror reflecting inner wants (or needs, perhaps).

Shot in sepia

Obviously intentionally soft, yet those whiskers seem to jump out at me. I love the expression and lighting...I hope it resinates with the voters as well as it does with me -- 7 --

my 2 wishes for this photo would be with the eye open to add more interest and a more clean-shaven face.

This is not interesting to me. I also don't like the lighting.

Very interesting and succesful composition. It doesn't distract me that there is nothing on the left, on the contrary. But the colours are too strange for my eyes. 6.

I like the title. Interesting use of color and light - I like it's softness. Maybe a touch harsh but the overall effect is quite nice.
