Good coloring. Interesting building. Technically, it could use a clearer focus. Also, the composition could use a bit more sky on the top and since the picture is not symetrical, the left side could be cropped to place the windows on the 1/3 line. 5

Image appears to be pixelated. I guess it is due to large Cropping, but I may be wrong.
