The light on the subject is nearly perfect. I love the pose and her expression, the only thing I see that you could have done to improve this would be to work on her skin tone a touch, seems a bit too yellow.
Her skin tones seem a bit on the yellow/orange side (maybe from the lighting used?) I do like the expression you captured (looks like she's having fun) The black background works nicely too.
There are sooooooo many beautiful redheads in this challenge. Bring out the color. This model adds to that list. Great pose, and I love the denim hat.
