to me this photo doesnt seem as sharp or clear or something as it could be. reflections of fruit are distracting and somewhat hard too look at. good try though.

The glare on the right habanero is a little overblown. Colors seem a little flat in the leaves and focus needs to be just a little sharper. If you had taken it later in the day it might have added some needed highlights to the leaves.

Simplicity is power in pictures, particularly of pre-pickable peppers and poor pock-marked leaves prowled by peckish pint-sized pests.

Great that you found a different way to meet the challenge. How to make it better? This is one of those instances where a shorter depth of field would enhance the effect by throwing the background into just a colourful mush and in turn it would make the branch stand out. Aperture priority and f2.8 would help.

too busy, and lacking an interesting subject matter. I know it was difficult this week finding a way to make a branch interesting. Im not doing so well, which could prove my advice is probably worthless. GL anyway.
