 Edits:
- Low-radius USM to base layer
- Duplicated base layer
- Applied 4px blur, reduced opacity to 30%
- Masked blur layer and brought back sharpness to eyes, lips
- New Channel Mixer adjustment layer, set to monochrome, adjust as desired
- New Curves adjustment layer, strong "S" curve to apply "blowout" look
- Painted on mask on curves layer to bring back exposure a little in some areas, put emphasis on face
