Lets see, my comments would be if I hadn't disregarded them are the highlights are blown out. The upper right is totally blown out and it takes up to much of the picture, maybe crop it differently. Maybe the top of the head should not have been cut off. Thats about it.

I like her serious repose. The lighting is a tad harsh but I still like it. I might play with the contrast a little and see if you could get more detailing on her face. Adjusting curves would help in this endeavor as well. You have the makings of a great shot with a little tweaking. ;~P

The left side of the image is strong & effective. In the right side, it appears you've lost that strength. A single color or shade on the right side could have helped.

I know it maybe what you were looking for but the overblown portions of the photo don't work for me! Sorry.
