Beautiful shot. It seems you did some gaussian blur in the background as I can see it on her hat at the top right. It also seems like you did a bit of cloning which is apparent on the left side. Her hair at this area doesn't seem to "fall" naturally. The soft focus works for me here and I like her partial smile. Beautiful model.

Beautiful girl! I love her eyes. Not crazy about the hat but she's gorgeous and you captured her well. Nice soft skin tones too.
