 This is my little brother, Valur who willingly went into this little ambush, oh boy did he stink after this. We had about enough milk for 4 tries of this and this was the best outcome, my only regret is really that I think this picture would have been better if you could have seen the dude that threw the milk but I needed the 70-200 at 70mm and 2.8 to get the backround out of focus so I would have needed a FF camera to do that shot, maybe I´ll try a similar shot again when I have saved up for a 1Ds or a 5D.

I got the idea from arnit´s image Splash!.

For PP I just did Shadow/highlights, increased contrast with curves and finally usm to sharpen after resizing.

Nice stop motion. I get the "around the corner surprise" but I feel the backdrop hurts more than it helps here. I also think you needed to include the source of the ambush so as to give some direction to this rather complicated image.

Excellent action (and reaction!) in this photo. The milk doesn't look fluid, it looks really thick like ripped up pieces of cloth. I love this!

I went to Roskilde too! Seeing as you have that bracelet and that this photo is awesome, Im assuming this was taken in Iceland. Keep up the good work in the other red white and blue.

7 - Definite 'impact' shot. Criticism; I just wish the background was a single, or just a few colors, and more 'blurred'. Sure plenty have said this. That has to be like a bucket of milk(?) there. Good potential and creativity. Just if the background, clothes (minus wristband) were all 'neutral' would have made this an amazing shot, in my opinion.

Awesome. I love the urban sense of it all and his look of surprise. The white of the building matches the milk and the blue of his shirt is similar to the upper building color. What a fun shot!!
