This reminds me of mornings when nice, quiet, long mornings where hot tea, fresh bread, rich cheese, and fresh lemon curd were all that mattered. Yeah, I know this comment doesn't really help much. But I just really like what this image evokes for me. :) The mousetrap is a neat idea also... it can be looked at in a number of ways. Shadows and lighting are perfect, IMO. :) I gave this a 9.

The mouse definitely has good taste in crackers. (Mmm, crackers) Nice idea, it's a good picture.

Great idea and very creative. The lighting could use some work though. 7

7 - Good idea. Criticism; More impact by less 'menu' would have made this a better shot in my opinion, Also perhaps a slightly 'sharper' angle. More attention also paid to the 'minor' details like the bit of cheese on top of the 'catch cheese (blue vein?) and the bit of cracker (?) bottom left, would have helped. Also the background detracts somewhat in my opinion.

Well that oughta do it, a gourmet mouse would love the gourmet cheese lol. Great capture I love the dramatic lighting, the mouse trap just adds to the creatiivity of this shot. Good luck. This will make the top 10 I think. 9

Nice interpretation of the challenge and good composition. Lucky mouse! Hope he doesn't bring over too many friends. :-)

nice shot. Perhaps a shot from a little further would have been nice. I think the trap needs to be emphasized more. Great idea for the challenge though. Good luck !
