Used color range with fuzziness of 160 to select the waterfall. Made a levels layer using that selection to brighten water. Painted in black on the mask to keep the rock highlights down in effect cleaning up the selection so I only had the waterfall. Set selection to layer mask and reversed the selection. Made new levels layer to brighten up the background. On top of those two layers added a curves layer bringing up the dark parts and muting the light parts slightly! Flattened and sharpened using 10d finisher action. Brought out the colors using the bold color subaction in the 10d finisher. Hue/Saturation layer at plus 30. I shoulda sharpened first as I had to actually burn down some of the bright reflections on the rocks. Resized, USM very slightly.
