I think up the blues of the sky a little, not a lot, just a little would add a zing. And once again I agree with Ken, crop out the parking deck. What might be interesting would be to keep the first (top) fencerow in, it'll probably look goofy but it might just look very interesting.

Nice, clear pic - Maybe crop out the parking garage at the bottom.
