 Actually it's not a filter at all. just a few layers and blending modes. Blending a harsh duotone over the original using a vivid light blend mode gives you some pretty grungy results. I sharpened the hell out of it to 9that's where the grain comes from).

This isn't really my kind of thing. I just got a kick out of the freakshow mannequin at an air museum this weekend.
