 Actually it's not a filter at all. just a few layers and blending modes. Blending a harsh duotone over the original using a vivid light blend mode gives you some pretty grungy results. I sharpened the hell out of it to 9that's where the grain comes from).

This isn't really my kind of thing. I just got a kick out of the freakshow mannequin at an air museum this weekend.

All aboard!!! Mannequins kind of creep me out, but you managed to make one really interesting with your filtering. Is this a grunge ?
