The chapel of Santo Angel De La Guarda, serving the historical Tucson community of El Fuerte was destroyed by a tornado in 1929. This chapel, San Pedro, was built by the men of the community and dedicated in 1932. Used as a chapel until 1948, it remains today as a monument to the forefathers of the community.

where south was this taken? I am building a new home from the ground up -- starting with an idea and an architect . These are the kind of photos that completely inspire me. This really encapsules an era of workmanship that is hard to recreate. Great Job!
Picture is slightly slightly angled to the left, also the lack of symetry in the top is distracting (ie. the brown square int he top left). If this picture were less cropped it may have worked better.
