Great shot ! Love this one better thant the color version. I would agree with dacrazyrn, crop it just a bit more.

This is a very nice black and white conversion you have completed here. Has great tone throughout. I would agree with maybe cropping in a bit more or into a portrait size. I do like the background also, it is interesting and does not take away from the model, but rather see the crop.
