 Both growing in my back yard, stuck them together to get all the colors in one shot. I have an idea to do something else entirely, but this is my "backup plan" in case I don't get to the other shot...

I think this could have some potential. Perhaps shooting with the light coming from a different angle would have been better. The shadows seem to over-power the picture.

They look nice subjects but the lighting is too harsh. Flowers generally photograph best on an overcast day - it evens out the light and avoids strong shadows.
