kewl shot but my eyes keep wondering why is the foreground so perfectly sharp in bright light but the background so dark and foggy. almost seems like 2 pictures put together.

I found the image seemed too dark. Black and white was definitely the choice for this shot, and the contrast was very good.

Nice tonal range and the b/w treatment was a good choice. The crop is good but maybe get more of the boats at the bottom (if possible).
