It looks like a decent family shot. Nothing really amazing about this picture. The B&W effect helped it some but not enought to really make it something special outside of it's personal nature. The focus should have been on the shoe with a lower DOF it may have helped some. The back ground is a bit distracting , especially the posts on the top of the picture. It was a very creative idea. I just feel it could have been executed a bit better.

I should hope so at this age. No great feeling for this shot, the centred composition makes it snapshottish, the b&w does not enhance it for me - I hoe that you are pleased with it and can be happy with that

Nice b&w image,Although the posts in the background draw your eyes to them, IMO cropping just below may look better and straighten the horizon of the image....7

Nice straight shot but a tad boring. I'd bring up the contrast a bit. The harsh light in the background is a bit distracting.
