A big thanks to all who gave comments.
The lighting this particular day was very grey and dull. I used "levels" a bit to brighten the colors. I didn̢۪t use it very much and when comparing to the original the change of sky is not striking. So the post processing was not really at fault causing the sky to be this blown out. I would like to blame my camera that almost doesn̢۪t offer any manual control... :) I will be upgrading soon, that̢۪s for sure... :)

| Copenhagen must be beautiful. This is one of my favourite entries for this challenge, I like the colours, and the "mood" of the picture - makes me think I would like to sit at a cafe and enjoy the afternoon. |

| When you see postcards, you see "perfect worlds". I think the sky here is quite bland. And while it may be true to the scene, I don't think it is something we would see in a postcard. Realizing that the weather was not cooperative everywhere, you probably did the best you could, but since the weather wasn't cooperating, maybe you could have tried something else. Lighting on the buildings in the distance is really harsh, and I think that is due to the weather conditions as well. Just not the right time for this shot. ~Heather~ |

| That rainbow of houses is great! I love the busy quality to this shot. It's dense with details, balanced by the smoothness of the water on the right. |

| super composition! the line of boats and buildings are just perfect. but..overexposed/too bright, and in the end, the shot seems a bit harsh and perhaps even too sharp. Was there a lot of post-processing done? |

| I don't like the blown out sky. The colors of the buildings is great though. The boats make for an interesting water scene too. Well taken aside from the sky |

| wonderful show of the local buildings and boats. The light really look overly harsh. Maybe stop down a bit to compensate for the harsh sun. Jacko. I still like it. Jacko. 8 |

| Typical postcard shot. You caught the perspective wonderfully. The colors have come out very crisp and inviting. The only thing that would have made this even better would have been a deep blue sky but I guess you couldn't have done anything about that right? |

| The focus looks a little off here to me. I love hte angle of this shot and the overall view I'm being shown though. it looks fabulous. A great postcard no doubt. The text on this one is also very fitting. Well done. |
