 Cone flower. Tripod, cable release, mirror lock-up, manual exposure, manual focus. Uncropped, auto levels, USM.

Nice composition, and interesting colors in the flower. I do wish the DOF was much deeper to include the front petals through at least the center of the flower, with only the farthest petals falling off the focal plane.
