 Yeah, I know it's really the Constitution, but I was just going for effect, not authenticity.

By the way, it's not the real Constitution, just a souvenir copy I picked up in DC in '98.

The actual document is on tour to various museums--I plan to go see it in Sacramento. Too bad more Americans don't believe in its basic precepts.

shadows distracting, do not like set up, seems as if it is hanging down but is obviously flt! like idea and crop

I like the angle of this shot. The medal against the fabric of the flag and paper of the document is effective. I don't usually go for the staged photos per se, but I like this one's rich tone and color. Overall composition is quite good.
