Nice idea with the bees collecting pollen for the family. Picture itself could use a bit more contrast. It appears a bit soft and flat. Nothing really jumps out and grabs the viewer. Focusing on one of the bees may have been helpful. The colors are very nice and had the bees been better focused would have worked very well. Composition is nice. It looks as though a better angle would have been a bit to the left although I don't know what the background had to offer. Overall it a fairly nice shot. The flower itself is beautiful. Keep up the good work.

If the subject was sharp it would help this pic tremendously.

nice shot of flowers and bees

Interesting take on Family. There needs to be more contrast - the entire image seems muted, as if shot from behind a screen door. Focus little soft but I like the composition and the colors. 6 - good luck in the challenge!

It's hard to tell just which part of the shot the focus is on. It also seems like it was shot at a very high ISO, and the noise makes the background distracting. In terms of composition, the stick in the background is also distracting from the bees and flowers. Without the stick though, I really like the composition and colors.

Now how would you know these bees are related? Do you speak "Bee"?

There's something wrong with this one...too new to this to know what for sure. Exposure? Contrast, maybe?

I wish the bees were in focus. The twig shooting out on the left upper corner is a tad distracting. The colors are nice though.

Great subjects and composition. I'd like to see the focus more on the bee in the front and less on the flower petals in the foreground, but great image...6

little more saturation in the yellows to bring out the bees would make this nicer, nice capture

Nice photo of the flowers I'd have preferred the bees to be the focus, but I know they don't listen to instructions very well.

focus is too soft and colors too faded
