I'm not sure that it fits the challenge. However, I really like the picture. I like the post processing and the erotic feel. Great job.

well...I should have know better than to try and post an artistic interpretation on this site. Not surprised at all about the comments, or the votes. I guess when I start shooting cds and wheels in a circle challenge I will truly come into my own as a photographer :S I do these challenges for me, to learn more, and to inspire me to shoot. I do not take these challenges as literally as most on this site (not all mind you). Now that thats out of the way.

The not much done in post processing on this shot except with the curves a bit. I liked the dirty style, and the warholish feel that it had. Thanks for all the comments...

Not even close. Where is the circle, her nostril? And I'm sorry but I don't like the post process on this one.

Great lips but, I am not sure where the circle is ....

Creative idea. Looks a little to over processed for my taste.

nice.

Appears overexposed which detracts from the look

Aside from the allusion in the title, I do not see any circles. The heavy post-processing gives the photo a very retro, almost Warhol-ish feel, which may appeal to some voters, but unfortunatley does not appeal to me. I like the contrast between the lips and skin, and had she had something round in her mouth (a popsicle or lollipop or such - as blatantly sexual as they may have been), I think it would have met the challenge better. The photo already has an erotic feel to it (which I like), and I think you could have taken it just a little further.

"Take a photograph where this basic shape is clearly shown as a key element."

sorry, don't see it.

not really a circle, is it?

gritty and stylish. but overexposed, slightly blurred capture, and overuse of levels/curves (or a filter). Won't score well with others for the latter reason. Like the image if you intended this look. Loses some value if not (strangely).
