I think I would clone out the bit of drool on his chin ... just because I keep looking at it and you probably would rather that I look at his eyes. You might also want to desaturate, and even darken a bit, the background on the left. It seems funny that the rest of the image is b&w except his eyes ... and the bit of red in the blurred background. It makes me wonder what I am supposed to be seeing back there...
