Challenge: Macro V (Advanced Editing IV)
Camera: Canon EOS-300D Rebel
Lens: Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro for Canon
Location: My backyard in Central Florida.
Date: Jul 3, 2005
Aperture: f/4.5
ISO: 100
Shutter: 1/320 s
Galleries: Nature, Macro
Date Uploaded: Jul 3, 2005

Taken using a Sigma 105mm combined with a Canon 50mm via reversing ring. The bee looked to be about the size of a gnat. The Silky Gold Milkweed flower is about the size of a pencil eraser. This is my first submission, hopefully it will do well. Thank you for looking. :)

Nice colors. Good capture, but could be focused better. Interesting perspective in a challenge full of simular shots.

Very nice macro. I like the DOF softening the backdrop so the bee stands out well.

Great colors on this shot, but it looks very soft to me.

If this shot was sharper it would help tremendously.

7 - Nice and simple. More focus on, preferably the 'bee' and the front 'petal', or either. Nice color.

I like this alot but it needs a tad more focus for my eye. Maybe it's just me. The blue and yellow are a nice contrast.
