 A small electrical relay with the plastic lid removed..

I don't think this will do that well, but I felt I should enter something, as I hadn't for a while. :-)

Used a 50mm F/1.8 with extension tubes. Taken under a small 'soft box' attached to the front of a Nikon SB24 flash. Used manual settings, and 'tlar' metering. (That Looks About Right).

This would benefit from a longer DOF although I know that may not really be possible.
