| a different type of background for the bug shot, an interesting way to set your shot apart |

| I like the background of this shot a lot...is it metal? Looks really cool, especially with the rain drops. It looks as though the camera might have focused a little more on the background rather than the fly, and we've lost a smidge of detail on the insect. Composition is pretty good, and I love the texture the water adds. |

| Very nice macro shot! Just for compositional interest, I might have cropped it so he wasn't quite so centered, but it's a really good photo anyway. I like the color contrast. 8 |

| I am not a big bug person but, I do like the contrast of color and the lines of the composition. Having a little more empty space makes it less of a close up bug shot. |
