A snapshot of a liense plate. Meets the challenge, but I see no story, no emotion, nothing creatively unique in your approach. Put 100 of these old plates on a barn wall and yoy may havine something.

a good shot technically, I don't find it to be the most interesting subject, but its well done

Good light and nicely focused. While obsolete, the picture is rather boring. Perhaps a more angled shot with more of the vehicle in the picture would provide more interest.
