Taken with the other "No Loitering" photo. For this one I made it have a bit of a darker feel in photoshop, thanks to levels. I think it fits the photo a little better, although I know I lose detail in the hair and shirt. I may go back and try to fix that later.

PP: Levels, Selective Desat (to make the skin tones not so red), Spot Editing, Resize, usm

Is there a way to give it this highly saturated, darker feel in-camera? Any help or comments are appreciated!

in the olden days you could start to get this look by shooting higher contrast films. Don't know any other way to do that now than in PS. If you find out a way to do it in camera, please post a thread or let me know!

nice pose and composition. the sign is nice. the skin tone on the face feels slightly unnatural though. i do like the overall stark and contrasty look, but that contrast could be bumped up slightly, with perhaps a darker tone to the face.
