I took about 100 or so photos of this book to get this picture. It is the inside of chemistry book from 1856 - my father was throwing it away and I snatched it up. Some of the material, but not all, included within this book is obsolete. I am not sure if people will get the impilcation and read far enough down to take note of the date. I hope they do but.... oh well.

For this photo I

auto adjusted contrast (didn't like it)
then I adjusted contrat and brightness to my liking to age the book a bit and that is it!

I really like this shot. I tend to like these focused in shots of books anyways. Very nice color, and sharp.

Nice. Looks old. The high contrast objects around the book is a bit distracting, but still nice.
