The lighting is harsh. The position of the boots in the frame works but a plain white background has no impact. Maybe with a different background and if the boots were a bit scuffed up (after an exercise and before you polish them again) you could generate some impact.

This may be picky but it would have been more interesting if the boots had been old and worn out.

Nice photo. It feels SO black and white, then the tan inside of the boot top shows... a nice touch. Well done!

a little new looking don't ya think ;-) nicely done, i like the studio effect, esp. because the subject is black. couldn't you have found a camo frame?

A perfect 10. Very beautifully done, I like the texture of the leather, the lighting, the composition, the shadows. The frame is perfect, bold for the bold boots.
