A good shot with nice clarity, though the protest line doesn't lead my eye to another subject. Still, a good shot :-)

Great exposure looks like film. To me there is too much empty space in the road there were probably some nice facial expressions that we can't see from here.

A good study and very crisp, but I get no real sense of any lines leading in.

great shot. the composition might have been adapted to highlight the lane lines and therefore the fit with the challenge

Because this was clearly defined as a technique based challenge, this one doesn't fit the challenge well for me. It's not really using the compositional tool of leading lines. Instead it seems to be to be taking the challenge title only and ignoring the description and representing the idea of leading lines conceptually. In that sense I like it, I think it's a great candid image, I think your decision to go for black and white is right and your chosen crop works. But I don't feel it meets this challenge that well so I'm not scoring it as highly as I might in another challenge where it met the challenge better in my eyes.

Wow, what a complete opposite of another image. I really like this one better, but wish your line leading to the protestors was more prominent in the picture.

Caotic line... Than i mean the formation on the peopel. Not the peopel itself:)

Although an interesting take on the challenge, the challenge asks for the use of the compositional technique.

I wonder how they REALLY feel :) Very interesting take on leading lines. I like it alot, and the picture itself is well-composed and appealing. Good job.

I'm afraid I gave this a 2. If you're someone who wants low scores explained, please PM me & I will add an explanation to this comment. If you're not, please forget I spoke. Sorry.

good protest but your line is not really leading me..

I just don't see the leading line in this shot. is it supposed to be the line in the road? That doesn't lead me anywhere. Is it the line of people as your title suggests? They don't lead me anywhere either. To me it just looks like a shot of a group of people with bad signs.

i like the idea. the focus and clarity are fantastic. i'm not sure the issue lends itself well to a pristine street and a suburbia like setting. maybe getting in their faces might have changed the drama of the pic, though not good for showing a leading line. i actually just noticed the "leading line". i might have focused on the right half of the pic.

Great image with great tones but a tenuous link to the challenge.

nice black and white picture.
but the only "leading line" I can see is the one on the road?
And that in iself isn't very interesting!!!!!
But a good picture none the less
