I know it is a metal challenge. I would like to see just a touch more rope. The lighting is nice. Not too much shine. Not too dull.

When the subjest is simple and common, its better to do processing to make it interesting. I think macro mode, with dual tone and grains would have made this one interesting.

Subject's composition doesn't do it for me, and it feels overlit to me. Have to agree with the title, though! : ) One of the best applications, at any rate!

I would like this soooo much better with different lighting. Try disabling your flash, and take more pictures!
