 A reasonably standard shot of some coins which I have amassed during my travels. Some of them aren't even in circulation anymore (There's a pre-Euro French coin in there hidden just above the Canadian cent).

I've tried to get as much 'depth' into the image as possible by having a light source at a low angle and making it a bit darker than usual to try to get the colours as saturated as possible. Luckily, today was the shortest day of the year (Southern Hemisphere don't forget) - so the midday Sun worked well for the low-angle lighting. Ideally though, I would have preferred overcast conditions to get a nice diffuse lighting source - but it still turned out well anyway.

So, who can find the most number of countries represented here?
