Dang! I can't believe this finished in the lower half. Maybe you shoulda titled it "Solid Gold" - I dunno why, but it seems it woulda scored higher if people thought it was a chunk of real gold. I didn't score this one, but I'da given it a 7 or 8.

You should definitely run to the forums and plead your case "Why didn't this do better than..." or "Narrow minded voters!" ;-)

Obvious i gave this a 1, because i knew it was your photo through my super pyschic powers! No really, a 5. Techically, the picture is good. The white could have been a little brighter is my only technical critique. The picture just didn't speak to me. It didn't excite my senses and blow my mind. It didn't defrag my harddrive or do my laundry! It didn't hit me where it hurts.
I do like the twistly neck on the light source though - oh what fun you could have with that!

Looks scientific. I like it. Closer on the subject croping out some of the light source would help. If I know what it is, I don't need the rest.
