I wish you hadn't explained it in your title. The picture stands on its own and would have been stronger if put together with a different title. A little closer so the reflection filled more of the image might help as well.
Without the title, I would not have know what this was. The stones holding the monument seem clearer and too heavy for depicting your subject. A little closer, with maybe just a hint of the stone holding it up might have been better compositionally.
Very literal title...Maybe you could call it "Those things with that thing on top". Sorry, it's late at night here... :) Background is a little distracting, like my attempts at humour.
