 I thought and thought about what to photograph, and came up with this. Who better to enter in a metal challenge then Superman, The Man of Steel. Just hope I did HIM justice! Crop, contrast,sharpen

creative take on the challenge, and a nice perspective to shoot from. it looks like you got a lot of good comments with some technical suggestions--hope you find them useful. you might want to check out this thread to get a really good idea about improving you scores. good luck, keep on shooting!

Not sure how to explain this. The colors look washed out. They all kind of blend together and offer no vivid creation of the picture. 3

Interesting perspective however the image appears to be oversharpened. The sign of this are the halos along all the edges.

Man of steel? Cute idea, but it still didn't work for me, I think partially because of the lack of contrast and the blown out flag.

Well this WOULD have been a super pic, if only the lighting was a bit different.... the colors on the statue are just plain drab to me, still a nice pic, but could have been better.
