 The main feature of the Avon Heritage, Duck (brand) Duct Tape Festival was this 15 ft dragon with a 10 ft wingspan created by art students from the Cleveland Institute of Art. Every inch of the dragon is duct tape (dosen't just come in silver. . . 19 colors as a matter of fact)! An imaginary dragon (certainly one born of duct tape) is something you might see in a world beyond our own. . .
The difficult part of the effort was trying to position myself and time an exposure with the least number of people showing up in the background. With this particular shot -nobody! However, my concern is that without a reference of some people, the size of the dragon is not self evident.

In Photoshop:
Gaussian blurred the background for a more uniform presentation;
deliberately left the glow around the face;
slightly adjusted the levels;
cloned out a distracting small support post;
smudged light hot spots;
sized for the web;
unsharpened mask by 114%, radius of 2.8, threshold of 8;
saved for the web.

BTW: Henkel is the name of the Adhesives Company

the background seems a little too busy, and the artwork is doing all the work here.

i like the depth of field .. i just wish the photo was taken with a solid background .. the checkboard is a bit distracting
