Interesting to read that this crop was intentional, I like people who go out on an edge, could we perhaps see the uncropped image... what a portrait would have looked like... have fun with glass!

I think this would have been a much cooler shot if it was portrait instead of landscape. :)

I think this picture would work better in a portrait format instead of landscape so that the horses ears and nose weren't cut off, or keep the landscape format, but move further back a few feet from the horse. I think you did an excellent job on exposure and I like the setting and colors alot.

Nice focus. Wish you hadn't cut of his nose and ears.

This is an interesting crop and I am wondering if it was good to crop at both ends of the head or not. Cropping at the top is no problem but I am not sure I would go with the bottom crop. It isn't a big issue just a personal niggle. The rest of the composition is excellent. The detail on the horse's head is amazing, you got the focus bang on there. The title is funny, in fact the whole is image is very good.

this crop is not the best for the photo. If you had cut only the ears or the nose maybe.

Great title, lovely picture. You've picked out every hair on him too, which must have been tricky at this range.

Your main subject is possibly a bit too central. A couple of steps to the left may have given you a better perspective.

Great depth and atmosphere to your image. I do wish you'd included the horse's nose, though. Still very good.

Nice sharp image. It bothers me a bit that you cut off his nose. I wonder about a vertical crop.
