Camera caught a chance meteor while making star trails of Scorpio. The bright yellow star trail is Antares and the bright dots are 'hot pixels' in the camera's sensor.
Levels adjusted, brightness and contrast adjusted. Image cropped and resized.

Thanks to all those that recognized the difficulty of this type photography and fie on those that are too ignorant to know the difference!
Wasn't a great photo, but it was a decent one, scored appropriately.
It is incredibly hard to capture a meteor in a star trail image and particularly difficult to do so during the challenge week when there is not a major meteor shower in place.
You are to be commended for your capture but the colors of the stars seem unnatural and overprocessed. That will hurt scoring for this image.
Fascinating way to meet the challenge. Creative. As a compositional statement, however, it's a little bland. Stil, high points for capturing it. I couldn't.
Hope you'll give more information to us astronomical dummies later. Such as the duration of the exposure? And what are the several apparently stationary light sources? Anyway, it's an interesting shot of a very big subject. 7.
