I like the color here. The focus on the curtains is nice, but have you considered focusing on the head and causing a sharp silhouette and blurred background? Note sure which would be better, but that was my first thought on seeing the the focus.
The monochrome is very good. selective focus works. In my opinion meets chall perfectly. The simplicity of this image is its strongest quality. High score! Good Luck!
