I'm glad you decided to include the barbed wire, it adds interest and the colors match the bird nicely.

Clear, the background is nicely blurred so it doesn't compete, and the subject is well lit. The only thing I would have done different would be to have put the bird off to the side a little instead of in the middle of the frame.

I like the barbed wire fence/post, bird, focus, clarity, dof. I think the blueish object behind the bird is a distraction. Nice job.
