if you've got to shoot a duck, THAT is the way to shoot a duck. What a great shot! 8

strong comp. nice focus. the eye and bill look a bit over-processed...maybe just the camera's fault. his buddy's eye is uncomfortably close to the border. Actually without the middle grey duck, this would be superb. overall still a cool looking shot-6

I love your framing of the duck, it adds visual interest and character to your subject. Hope you do well !

One of my favorite duck pictures. Background is a little too busy or I would have scored it higher. 7

Nice big bold profile, good clean colours well croped\framed. The background shape is a bit disracting, however, it could be PSed out if it were not a challenge entry to make this image even bolder.

great closeup, but oversharpened, the beek looks grainy not smooth like it really is.

The background is a little busy but I think you hide that well by having such a good crop/focus on the foreground guy. The little catchlight surrounded by blue eye is very cute and adds to the personality, similarly the single water droplet on the beak is a nice touch.

very good, colors not washed out on the white.
