This was a lucky come across on a sunny day, needless to say it didn't hang around too long so I only got two shots. Sharpened slightly and cropped quite a bit to remove dead bits of leaf and twig from the image.

since the frame is full of leaves anyway, why not a tighter crop to get closer to the butterfly?

I find the saturation levels could be tweaked a little more, or maybe just an auto levels in photoshop for example, I am sure you could make that green a lot richer that way. The composition is very good fully following the rule of thirds.

This is maybe a tad bit small. Nonetheless a nice pic - the contrast of red-on-green works well.

Subject is too small and the colours is dull but nice combination.

The leaves seem more in focus than the butterfly. But great shot over all!

Good positioning of the subject within the picture. It appears that there is too much depth of field. A sharper subject and blurry background would make the butterfly pop.
