Fantastic. I agree with alex about the background, but I like the lighting.

I agree with every word Justine said :-)
this girl is cuuuuute! She has a little bit of Halle Berry look.
Her pose and expression are great. i love the lighting and the dreamy focus.
Personally, I don't find the backlighting distracting. I think it is giving this photo a lot more interesting look.
However, I do find the door parts on the left distracting.
I would love to see them cropped out untill that red line (this I would keep in the picture) and I would love to have some more space on the right side to save the current proportions of a rectangular photo.

She is sooooooo cute! Now that is mean to show a girl with such a darling figure. :) Love her, love the pose and the blue panties are a bonus. GOOD one.

Parts of the background are kind of distracting, particularly the door handly. I'm not completely opposed to a nice textured background (like the frame of the door) but I think the background is a bit too broken up.

The model is extremely attractice and her pose is fantastic. The only problem for me is the back ground. Maybe if you had more of the door or more of the right window. If you could find a wall in that flaky, rustic colour I would use that as I think you're on to something with that sort of BG. Nice shot overall.

Nice pose and general composition. But the backlighting, unless that is what you want, may not be the most effective type of lighting for this kind of a shot. The door frame, the lock holes, etc all are a bit distracting, imho. Why not try the lighting from the side or slightly from the front?
And yes, I'm in agreement with Alex on the textured background. They can be very effective, particularly when it comes to "softer" main subjects. Gorgeous model with a dreamy facial expression.
