 Modified with Photoshop. Desaturated and cropped tighter on surfer. Added a lens blurred adjustment layer to softenthe feel and make it a little dreamy. Applied inner glow with dark grey for older shot feel. Added the white border.

I think the blurred effect works well with the other two in your portfolio but for me, it really detracts from this image. Welcome to the site and i hope you have as much fun as i have.
