same with this image... try a 1 degree rotation CCW to straighten out the buildings.

This one the exposure adjustment helps a lot, but the perspective and tilting of the buildings is hurting it. A slight rotation to the whole will help but you will need to use the check mark on the perspective crop to stretch the top out slightly to straighten the buildings from looking like they are falling inwards.
