Not sure yet what kind this is...I never would touch him or try to scare him thats why only this shot came out the best and yet the critter still left me with some motion blur... The more I see it the more I see where the damaged wing is... Though it had no trouble flying away...

Kinda looks like a Painted Lady Butterfly to me. But I think there is a kind of moth that mimics that butterfly too. However, moths have fern-like antennae and this one definetely looks more like butterfly antennae.

Not sure what he is apart from one of the moth family. Lovely colours and I like the composition of the shot.
