The dog's expression is great. Not the best photo I've ever seen, but it sure captured a great moment for you!! The focus is good - maybe for a great pic - I'd tighten up on the cropping, but it's still definitely nice to look at.

I agree, the dog makes this picture. Without his bored expression it would be another cute kid picture, and who doesn't love those, but the dog steps it up a notch. Great capture of that moment.

The dog looks like she's patiently and hopefully looking for you to rescue him, like, "Do I HAVE to take this, Mom????"

The dog's eyes are what really make the picture. I agree that I'd clone out the magazine, but otherwise really cute.

This is really a cute capture with appeal. It has a classic look to it. I think sepia would be nice. I would also clone out the magazine.
The baby is having such fun and the dog's look says, "Why me?".
