 This girl is playing with one of our stethoscopes. You should have seen the look on her face when she heard her friend's heartbeat. This photograph was taken at the free clinic in Ensenada, Mexico which is run by The UCSD Flying Samaritans, an organization I belong to.

I think the timing could have been better. Zooming out a bit so we can see her hand and capturing the actual look on her face when she heard her friend's heartbeat would have made for a stronger impact.
